Will Worsley

Book Review: The Sandersons Fail Manhattan

William Sanderson, his wife, and their two daughters are trying hard to succeed at a top Wall Street firm and a ritzy Manhattan private school. Everything is on the line for them: career advancement, massive wealth, social acceptance by New York’s elite, and admission to Yale. Both the school and the firm are nauseatingly woke and, despite the family’s strained efforts to embrace wokeness, including transgenderism, the Sandersons are vulnerable to scheming leaders who seize upon their innocent missteps as justification to ruin their lives in a witch hunt.

The author, Scott Johnston, ruthlessly exposes the cowardice, insincerity, and corruption underlying the wokeness cult that has poisoned the atmosphere at so many American institutions. Full of plot twists, the novel is both a cautionary tale and a delightful tonic for the anti-woke. Highly recommended.
